Technology moves fast. It can feel isolating when the world assumes everyone keeps up — but not everyone does, and that's okay. The same goes for simply having someone to talk to. Both things matter, and both are worth showing up for.

Companionship Visits
Regular visits built around genuine conversation — not tasks, not checklists. Sometimes what someone needs most is a consistent, friendly presence. I show up, I listen, and I'm fully there.
Tech Support & Coaching
I help older adults get comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and computers — with a particular focus on accessibility features that make devices easier to use for people with vision, hearing, or dexterity challenges.
What tech support actually looks like
I don't show up with a script. I sit down with you, find out what's confusing or frustrating, and we work through it together at your pace. Common areas include:
- iPhone & Android accessibility settings — text size, display zoom, voice control, magnifier, hearing aid compatibility, and more
- Video calls — FaceTime, Zoom, Google Meet — staying connected with family without the tech getting in the way
- Email and messaging basics — sending photos, managing contacts, avoiding spam and scams
- App setup and navigation — whatever you actually want to use, we'll get you comfortable with it
- Safety and privacy — recognizing phishing attempts, setting up two-factor authentication, understanding what's safe to click
How I work
Sessions are patient, unhurried, and judgment-free. There's no such thing as a question too basic — I've heard them all, and every one of them deserves a real answer. I'll never make you feel behind for not knowing something that nobody taught you.
I'm also happy to work with family members who want to understand what support their loved one needs, or to coordinate with other caregivers.
